WHAR Professional Standards Action Committee (PSAC)
The Professional Standards Action Committee (PSAC) is to conduct Ethics Hearings and Arbitration Hearings on ethics complaints and requests for arbitration referred by the Grievance Committee. This committee ensures all cases are current and develops consistency in disciplinary action. There is special training provided for Professional Standards Committee members. Appointments to this committee are carefully evaluated as to real estate experience, Association service, and judicial temperament and competence.
